Eric D. Crowell is an accomplished educator currently teaching at La Mirada High School. Altogether he has 29 years in education, 27 as a teacher and 2 as an academic coach. Eric specializes in U.S. History and AP African American Studies and coordinates the Student Election Poll Worker Program. He is also an AP Endorsed Consultant for the College Board for AP African American Studies. His innovative teaching strategies, including the use of AI Instructional Tools and standards-based instruction, have earned him recognition as a National Society of High School Scholars Educator of Distinction. Eric is committed to community involvement and student achievement.
