Ray has been teaching for 20 years in Los Angeles, and has taught English, World languages & Social Studies at the middle & high school level. Presently at West Adams High School, he teaches Ethnic Studies, US History & Afro-American Studies. Having been raised in Central Europe & having traveled in the Balkans & Cambodia, he has had a lifelong interest in the Holocaust & other genocides. Including his 10 years teaching AP US history, he has managed to include units on bias & genocide in each of his classes.
