Donna is a National Board-Certified Teacher of Mathematics for Adolescents and Young Adults and has 19 years of experience as a secondary math teacher. She holds a Master of Education in Advanced Teaching and earned a double major, a BA in Mathematics, and a BA in Native American Studies, from the University of California, Davis. Currently, she serves as an instructor of Mathematics at Piner High School in Santa Rosa, CA and is a Co-Director of the Alliance of Indigenous Math Circles which promotes STEM activities for indigenous youth.
