1. Please provide a Google Drive link to a DRAFT of your organization’s new (or revised, if applicable) 6th – 12th grade California Common Core standards-aligned lesson for review. JFCS Holocaust Center staff will make notes and share feedback via comments on your draft curriculum:

2. UPLOAD your educator data by making a copy of the updated 2025 – 2026 Educator Data Tracking Template (linked here and below) to submit a list of educators engaged. The list should include contact information of teachers, schools and school districts engaged through activities by grantee related to programs and curriculum supported by the CACollaborative. 3. UPLOAD Interim Financial Report: Use the provided Excel budget template (emailed to your organization in advance by Joe Hayes). This will include your approved 2025 – 26 grant budget and open cells to populate actuals (expenses and revenue between July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025). The template is automatically coded and designed to display the remaining budget per each line item through the remainder of the grant period (June 30, 2026). Please upload your file in Excel format.
